Real Estate Agent

Rumis International Poland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent with Rumis, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, serving clients in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage prospective clients, including property buyers, sellers, and renters, and build lasting relationships with them.

- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property to potential clients.

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, including negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.

- Stay updated with the local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.

- Collaborate effectively with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting potential clients.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions, ensuring that the company's values and standards are upheld at all times.

- Utilize various marketing and advertising techniques to increase the visibility and desirability of properties in your portfolio.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in the Polish real estate market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property management, and legal aspects of real estate transactions in Poland.

- Proven track record of successful property sales and rental transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client information and property listings.

- A valid real estate agent license in Poland is required.

- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
